Therapy & Coaching

Work With Me

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from several highly effective and evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and interpersonal neuroscience.

I am both practical and depth-oriented—helping clients create meaningful change in the present while also exploring the deeper patterns, experiences, and emotional dynamics that shape their lives and relationships. I have extensive training and experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders using current evidence-based protocols. In my work with couples, I focus on strengthening trust, emotional connection, communication, and relational intimacy.

Coaching & Consultation

I also offer coaching and consultation services by phone and secure video conferencing.

While therapy and coaching share important areas of overlap—such as personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and achieving meaningful goals—coaching is generally more present- and future-oriented, strategic, and performance-focused. Therapy often involves deeper exploration of emotional history, patterns, and healing, while coaching emphasizes clarity, momentum, leadership, relational effectiveness, and sustainable change.

A significant portion of my coaching work involves entrepreneurs, executives, physicians, founders, creatives, and other high-performing professionals seeking greater effectiveness, balance, emotional intelligence, and alignment between success and wellbeing.

Examples of coaching and consultation include:

  • A founder, entrepreneur, or executive seeking help navigating leadership stress, difficult personalities, conflict, or decision fatigue in order to think more clearly, perform at a high level, and make wiser, more grounded decisions under pressure
  • A high-performing professional who wants to maximize both personal wellbeing and professional effectiveness while avoiding burnout, emotional disconnection, or the gradual erosion of relationships and quality of life
  • A couple wanting focused consultation on improving communication, rebuilding trust, strengthening intimacy, or navigating a significant life transition
  • A graduate student, executive, or high-achieving professional struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or lack of clarity and seeking practical strategies for greater focus, direction, resilience, and emotional wellbeing
  • A successful professional who feels outwardly accomplished but internally stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled and wants help reconnecting with a deeper sense of meaning, vitality, and purpose
