Speaking & Training

Speaking

Helping people move from insight to lasting change.

Whether speaking to mental health professionals, business leaders, faith communities, or the general public, my goal is the same: to translate psychology into practical tools that people can immediately apply in their lives, relationships, work, and wellbeing.

My presentations are engaging, evidence-based, and highly actionable. Audiences consistently appreciate the ability to take complex psychological concepts and turn them into clear, memorable strategies that create real-world change.

Over the past two decades, I have spoken to graduate programs, professional conferences, executive leadership groups, churches, and organizations across a wide range of settings.

Signature Presentation

The Two-Screen Method: a bright Front screen for the present moment and a darker Side screen for worries and fears.

The Two-Screen Method

One of my most requested presentations is built around the Two-Screen Method, a simple and memorable framework that helps people understand what to do inside their heads when confronted by anxiety, worry, self-doubt, intrusive thoughts, difficult emotions, and other internal struggles.

The Two-Screen Method shows people how to de-energize unhelpful thoughts and feelings—not by fighting them or making them disappear—but by learning how to relate to them differently while redirecting attention and energy toward what matters most.

Its simplicity, practicality, and immediate applicability have made it popular with clinicians, business leaders, churches, schools, and community organizations alike.
